- Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure successful delivery.
- Mentoring junior team members and providing guidance on best practices.
- Traveling for client meetings and project updates as required.
- Maintaining and managing business processes related to Time Tracking and Absences.
- Troubleshooting issues and providing solutions to business-related questions.
- These roles often require a deep understanding of Workday's Time Tracking and Absence modules, as well as the ability to translate business requirements into functional configurations
