Company Description We are an early-stage venture focused on building a world-class experience for traders.
Stock Market Traders worldwide are marred with managing disparate things - placing trades, working on charts, compliance, managing their own psychology, experimentation, continuous learning, scaling - and they do most things by hand in 2026. We aim to automate their journey so that they achieve superpowers and level up to becoming multi-strategy operators from manual traders.
Role Description The Growth Co-founder will pull the business toward monetization and bring real users to drive growth of the company. Own the full customer lifecycle from awareness to acquisition, activation, and retention. Product is in pre-launch, you will own the GTM.
- This is a fully remote role open to anyone worldwide.
- No pay at the start. The sooner you start bringing in customers, you start getting paid.
- You should be able to afford your own AI subscription, preferably the max plan.
- Equity upto 20% up for grabs, based on conditions.
- Experience with US and EU markets would be a plus.
- Significant time overlap with US / EU would be an advantage.
- Full ownership w.r.t. anything concerning growth. You would have to build a scalable growth engine.
- Solid abilities of writing, selling, pitching, marketing (SEO, SMO, performance etc.).
- AI nativeness highly desirable. Shipping experiments, automating agentic workflows, producing content and research at high velocity. Become a one-man-army with AI.
- Pedigree is preferred but not mandatory.
- Previous founder experience preferred but not mandatory.
