About Bot Point
Bot Point is a UAE-based software company building eBrought, an AI operations platform that helps businesses execute industry-specific outcomes through structured workflows and intelligent agents.
The product and technical foundation have already been developed. We are now looking for a commercially strong co-founder to lead business growth, enterprise sales, partnerships and fundraising.
This is a genuine founding partnership for someone who wants to build and own a meaningful part of an AI company.
What You Will Own
• Enterprise sales and business development
• Customer acquisition and revenue generation
• Product demonstrations and commercial discussions
• Strategic partnerships and referral channels
• Go-to-market strategy and market expansion
• Pricing and commercial positioning
• Fundraising and investor relationships
• Future sales and operations team development
Who We Are Looking For
• Experience in B2B sales, SaaS, AI or enterprise technology
• Ability to independently generate and close opportunities
• Confidence in communicating with founders and senior decision-makers
• Strong negotiation, presentation and relationship-building skills
• Understanding of the UAE, GCC or international business market
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership and accountability
• Ability to work independently without waiting for daily instructions
• Long-term commitment to building the company
Existing relationships with enterprise customers, investors, accelerators or business communities would be valuable.
Co-Founder Structure
• Initial 90-day alignment period
• Remote collaboration from Bengaluru initially
• Full-time or clearly agreed weekly commitment
• Meaningful equity based on ownership, contribution and commitment
• Four-year vesting structure with a one-year cliff
• Future compensation aligned with revenue growth and financing
• Potential relocation to Dubai as the company expands
• Direct involvement in strategy, partnerships, fundraising and company decisions
This is currently an equity-first opportunity. It is intended for someone who understands the commitment and shared responsibility involved in building a company at the founding stage.
First 90-Day Priorities
• Identify priority markets and ideal customers
• Build a qualified enterprise sales pipeline
• Conduct customer meetings and product demonstrations
• Secure paid pilots, contracts or partnerships
• Build relationships within the UAE and GCC ecosystem
• Develop a practical go-to-market and revenue plan
