Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000/month + Attractive Performance Incentives
We are looking for an experienced Ayurveda & Panchakarma Sales Professional who understands the industry, knows how patients think, and can confidently guide families towards authentic Home Panchakarma treatment.
If you've worked with an Ayurveda clinic, Hospital, Panchakarma centre, wellness organisation, or premium healthcare service—and have successfully converted patient enquiries into treatment packages—we'd like to meet you.
Your Primary Role
You will become the first point of trust for patients looking for Ayurvedic healing.
You should be able to:
• Handle fresh patient enquiries with confidence.
• Convert inbound enquiries into doctor consultations.
• Make professional cold calls to qualified healthcare leads.
• Counsel patients and their families regarding Home Panchakarma programs
• Explain therapies, treatment process, expected outcomes, and package options.
• Coordinate doctor consultations.
• Convert consultations into therapy package bookings.
• Follow up until treatment begins.
• Maintain daily sales reports, patient feedback, and CRM updates.
• Handle the organisation's helpline professionally.
• Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and operations teams.
• Occasionally visit patients' homes with the therapy team whenever required.
We Are Looking For Someone Who
✔ Has minimum 2 years of proven experience in Ayurveda, Panchakarma, Healthcare, Wellness, or Integrative Medicine sales.
✔ Understands Panchakarma therapies, Ayurvedic terminology, and patient counselling.
✔ Is confident speaking with patients aged 50+ years and their family members.
✔ Can build trust—not just make sales.
✔ Knows how to handle objections regarding cost, duration, home therapy, and treatment expectations.
✔ Has experience selling premium healthcare or wellness packages.
✔ Can work independently and take ownership of patient conversions.
