🚨 We're Hiring | Sales Engineer – Fabricated Products 🚨
📌 Position: Sales Engineer – Fabricated Products
📍 Location: Maharashtra (Field-Based)
💼 Experience: 5–6 Years
🏭 Industry: Industrial Fabrication / Heavy Engineering
🔹 Key Responsibilities
✅ Develop new business opportunities across Maharashtra
✅ Promote and sell fabricated products, including:
Industrial Chimneys
Ducting Systems
MS/SS Ladders & Platforms
Equipment Skids
Storage & Process Tanks
Structural Fabrication & Custom Assemblies
✅ Generate business through industrial networking, site visits, EPC contractors, consultants, and manufacturing companies.
✅ Prepare techno-commercial quotations and proposals.
✅ Coordinate with design and production teams for costing and feasibility.
✅ Negotiate commercial terms and close profitable orders.
✅ Build strong relationships with EPC contractors, industrial plants, consultants, and project heads.
✅ Travel across key industrial hubs including Mumbai, Pune, Nashik, Aurangabad, Kolhapur, and Nagpur.
🔹 Required Skills
✔️ Strong knowledge of fabrication processes (cutting, bending, welding & surface treatment)
✔️ Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
✔️ Cost estimation and margin calculation expertise
✔️ Excellent communication and negotiation skills
✔️ Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
✔️ Good understanding of Maharashtra's industrial market
