Role Description The Co-Founder and Strategic Investor will play a key leadership role in shaping the company’s vision, growth strategy, and financial roadmap. This on-site role in Maharashtra, India involves working closely with existing founders to identify and evaluate new projects, partnerships, and investment opportunities in the infrastructure sector. Typical day-to-day activities include reviewing business plans, guiding project prioritization, overseeing key negotiations, and supporting major operational and financial decisions. The individual will help develop long-term strategies, establish performance metrics, and ensure that resources are aligned with strategic goals. The role also includes mentoring senior team members, representing the company in high-level meetings, and actively contributing capital and strategic insight to support expansion.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in founding, co-founding, or leading businesses, ideally in infrastructure, construction, or related sectors.
- Strong background in strategic planning, corporate governance, and long-term business development.
- Proven expertise in investment evaluation, financial analysis, and capital allocation for growth-oriented projects.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with investors, partners, clients, and regulatory bodies.
- Track record of overseeing project execution, operational efficiency, and risk management in complex environments.
