Role Description The Business Development Associate – Inside Sales (Fresher) is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. The role involves engaging with prospective learners and partners through calls, emails, and online meetings to present Crio.Do’s programs and offerings. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting lead generation activities, qualifying and nurturing leads, performing basic market research, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or sales tools. The associate will deliver clear, compelling presentations, address queries, and support prospective learners through the decision-making process. Collaboration with marketing and product teams to provide feedback from prospects and contribute to sales campaigns is also part of the role.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong communication skills, including clear spoken and written communication and active listening.
- Candidates should possess effective presentation skills and be comfortable creating and delivering presentations to small and medium-sized groups.
- Candidates should possess lead generation abilities, including prospecting, outreach, and follow-up to build and manage a sales pipeline.
- Candidates should possess basic market research skills to understand customer profiles, competitor offerings, and emerging trends.
- Relevant qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in any discipline, strong interest in sales and education/edtech, and familiarity with CRM or sales tools.
