Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end client applications by coordinating with internal teams and ensuring timely and accurate submission.
- Track deadlines, submission windows, and program-specific requirements across multiple clients simultaneously.
- Ensure a seamless client onboarding experience by guiding clients through processes and resolving queries proactively.
- Gather client information and develop compelling resumes, LORs, essays, and application content while maintaining authenticity.
- Conduct structured client discussions to understand academic, professional, and career goals and craft impactful narratives.
- Review all outgoing client documents for quality, consistency, tone, and alignment with program requirements before submission.
- Collaborate with consultants and operations teams to improve processes, manage timelines, and deliver an exceptional client experience.
- Guide clients proactively through each stage of the application process, resolving queries before they become blockers.
