Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The specialist will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and maintaining client relationships. Daily tasks include conducting online and phone-based outreach, presenting product and service offerings, preparing proposals, and following up with prospective and existing customers. The role also involves supporting marketing campaigns, gathering market and customer insights, and collaborating with internal teams to align sales activities with business objectives. The specialist may assist with customer onboarding, basic product training, and reporting on sales performance and pipeline status.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills for presentations, client interactions, and cross-functional collaboration
- Customer Service skills to address inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain positive client relationships
- Sales skills for prospecting, lead qualification, negotiation, and closing opportunities
- Training and Sales Management skills to support onboarding, coach team members, and help guide sales processes
- Proficiency with CRM tools and basic office software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, email)
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and meet targets
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret sales data and identify opportunities for improvement
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or related roles; a relevant diploma or degree is an advantage
