Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients, and conducting regular follow-ups to close sales. Daily tasks include presenting products and services, handling customer inquiries, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery, and supporting customer retention initiatives. The position also includes participating in marketing campaigns, collecting market feedback, preparing sales reports, and assisting in training sessions for team members to improve sales performance.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess core Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Candidates should possess Sales Management and Training skills to support team performance and contribute to structured sales processes.
- Relevant experience in sales and/or marketing, preferably in telecommunications or technology solutions.
- Ability to work on-site, manage time effectively, and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in basic office software and CRM tools is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
