Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site CVTS instruments sales role based in the Mumbai Region. The CVTS instruments Specialist will be responsible for promoting and selling cardiovascular and thoracic surgery instruments to hospitals and healthcare providers. Daily activities include meeting with existing and prospective clients, conducting product presentations and demonstrations, and understanding customer requirements to recommend appropriate instruments.
The role involves preparing quotations, negotiating pricing and terms and following up on leads to close sales while maintaining accurate records in sales reports. The professional will also coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery and after-sales support as well as provide training and product guidance to clinical and purchasing staff when required.
Qualifications
Bachelor's in Instrumentation or Equivalent preferred but Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering, nursing or a related field is preferred but not mandatory for candidates with strong Sales experience.
Candidates should possess Strong Selling skills with excellent communication so that professional can help stakeholders to identify opportunities, present products and achieve sales targets in the healthcare sector.
Candidates should possess Sales Management and Training skills to manage sales pipelines, support product adoption, and deliver product training to users.
Relevant experience in medical device or healthcare product sales, especially surgical or CVTS instruments with exposure to OT environment will be big advantage.
Candidates should be able to work independently, manage a territory and demonstrate integrity, resilience and a commitment to ethical healthcare practice.
