โข Generate new B2B leads through market research, networking, cold calling, LinkedIn and field visits
โข Visit prospective customers and understand their PCB / electronics manufacturing requirements
โข Identify opportunities and convert qualified leads into orders
โข Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
โข Handle customer accounts and ensure regular follow-ups for new and repeat orders
โข Understand RFQs, BOMs, PCB requirements and coordinate with the internal technical/operations team
โข Prepare and follow up on quotations and commercial proposals
โข Negotiate with customers and drive order closure
โข Maintain accurate customer and sales pipeline information in CRM or Other tools
โข Collect customer feedback and identify opportunities for repeat business and upselling
โข Achieve monthly sales and customer acquisition targets

โข Previous experience in ๐ฃ๐๐ ๐ ๐ฎ๐ป๐๐ณ๐ฎ๐ฐ๐๐๐ฟ๐ถ๐ป๐ด / ๐๐น๐ฒ๐ฐ๐๐ฟ๐ผ๐ป๐ถ๐ฐ๐ ๐ ๐ฎ๐ป๐๐ณ๐ฎ๐ฐ๐๐๐ฟ๐ถ๐ป๐ด / ๐๐ ๐ฆ or related field in sales is preferred
โข Strong communication and interpersonal skills
โข Excellent spoken English; Hindi is an advantage
โข Strong negotiation, presentation and customer-handling skills
โข Willingness to travel and meet customers regularly
โข Self-driven, target-oriented and capable of working independently
โข Ability to develop long-term customer relationships
โข Technical understanding of electronics / PCB manufacturing will be an advantage
โข Bachelorโs degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree is an advantage.
