Role Description The Marketing and Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site position based in Hosur. In this role, the manager develops and executes marketing strategies to promote visa consultancy services, including planning campaigns, managing promotional activities, and overseeing online and offline branding efforts. The position involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building partnerships, and maintaining relationships with existing clients to drive revenue and enhance client satisfaction. Day-to-day responsibilities include setting sales targets, tracking performance, preparing reports, coordinating with internal teams on service delivery, and conducting market analysis to refine offerings. The manager also leads and mentors the sales team, ensuring consistent communication, professional conduct, and adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Strong marketing and sales skills, including experience in campaign planning, lead generation, and customer relationship management.
- Ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and translate insights into actionable strategies for business growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the capacity to explain complex information clearly.
- Proven experience leading teams, setting targets, and managing performance to achieve sales and marketing objectives.
- Comfort working in an on-site environment in Hosur, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Background in consulting, education services, or immigration/visa-related services is an advantage.
