The role in a gist:
As FlexiLoans enters the next orbit of growth, we are looking for people with the passion and hunger to make a dent in the MSME ecosystem. In this role you will work closely with Product and Tech team to support the end-to-end lifecycle of cross-sell initiatives from ideation and market research to launch and post-launch performance tracking.
What we are looking for in the role:
- Support the launch of new cross-sell products by assisting with market research, competitor benchmarking
- Help design and track go-to-market plans for new product launches
- Work with data teams to analyze cross-sell funnel performance, conversion rates, and customer segments
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Business, Tech, Risk, Operations) to ensure smooth execution of product initiatives
- Prepare regular reports and dashboards to communicate progress to stakeholders
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Genuine interest in fintech, financial products, and how lending businesses work
- Good communication skills able to articulate ideas clearly in written and verbal formats
- Self-starter who can work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Prior exposure to product management, fintech, or startup internships is a plus, though not mandatory
Qualification & Experience:
- Pursuing or recently completed MBA
- Prior internship experience in product, business analysis, or fintech is an advantage
