Role Description
This is a hybrid, full-time Operations Lead role based in Bengaluru, India, with flexible opportunities for remote work. The Operations Lead will work with the team on the day-to-day operational activities, ensuring efficiency and timely execution of client projects.
Responsibilities include coordinating with clients and team members on resource allocation, report creation and tracking, follow ups with clients and teams to ensure client deliverables are met.
Qualifications
- Ability to work with people, and have good communication skills.
- Capability in problem-solving and having analytical skills.
- Ability to think ahead and coordinate with teams and maintain client relationships.
- Proficiency in MS Excel is essential.
- Experience in similar roles is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
- Come to office 3 times a week (Kalyan Nagar, 560043).
