Position Overview
We are looking for highly motivated Marine Engineers, Naval Architects, and Maritime Professionals who are passionate about maritime compliance and technical documentation.
The selected candidate will support our IHM team in maintaining vessel compliance documentation, coordinating with global suppliers, reviewing procurement records, and ensuring adherence to international ship recycling regulations. This position offers an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career in maritime compliance, technical documentation, and sustainability.
Only candidates with a Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, Maritime Studies, Marine Technology, or other vessel-related educational background will be considered. Applications from non-marine backgrounds will not be processed.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation, maintenance, and continuous updating of Inventory of Hazardous Materials (IHM) documentation for commercial vessels.
- Coordinate with ship equipment manufacturers, and marine suppliers to obtain Material Declarations (MD) and Supplier's Declarations of Conformity (SDoC).
- Review technical procurement records, equipment documentation, and supplier submissions for regulatory compliance.
- Maintain vessel technical documentation, hazardous material records, and compliance databases.
- Verify documentation in accordance with Hong Kong Convention (HKC), EU Ship Recycling Regulation (EU SRR), and applicable IMO requirements.
- Support technical reporting, compliance audits, and client deliverables.
- Work closely with international ship owners, ship managers, shipyards, classification societies, and procurement teams.
- Assist in Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), Product Carbon Footprint (PCF), and Maritime Procurement.
- Ensure document accuracy, version control, and timely project completion.

Fresh graduates with relevant internships or marine project experience are encouraged to apply.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with Inventory of Hazardous Materials (IHM), Material Declaration (MD), and Supplier's Declaration of Conformity (SDoC) is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Hong Kong Convention (HKC), EU Ship Recycling Regulation (EU SRR), or IMO regulations will be preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple documentation tasks simultaneously.
