Job Description
This is a full-time, on-site Architect/Interior Designer role based in Mumbai. The applicant will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, preparing drawings and 3D models, and translating client requirements into functional and aesthetically coherent designs. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with the design team on space planning, detailing bespoke elements, coordinating with consultants and vendors, and supporting site supervision to ensure design intent and quality standards are maintained. The role also involves managing project documentation, assisting with timelines and deliverables, and contributing to design presentations and material selections. The applicant is expected to participate actively in design reviews, propose innovative solutions, and help uphold Jetsons design principles across all projects irrepective of the scale of the project be it Architecture, Interior Design, Competitions and products.

Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Architectural and Interior Design, with the ability to develop concepts and detailed drawings.
- Experience with Integration of design elements and coordination across disciplines, ensuring cohesive project outcomes.
- Proficiency in Project Management tasks, including planning, tracking deliverables, and collaborating with stakeholders.
- Relevant software skills (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, Adobe Photoshop Indesign, Microsoft Word and Excel, Vray / Enscape / D5 / Lumion, or similar design softwares)
- Bachelor’s in Architecture or Diploma/Degree in Interior Design from an accredited institution.
- Strong visual, spatial, and design sensibility, with attention to detail and materiality.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced studio environment.
- Effective communication skills, openness to feedback, and a collaborative approach to working with diverse teams and clients.
