About the Role
We are looking for dynamic, target-driven sales professionals to join our Degree Vertical team. The role involves counseling prospective students and working professionals for Online UG & PG programs, understanding their career aspirations, and guiding them toward the right academic pathway.
If you have experience in B2C sales, inside sales, admissions counseling, cold calling, or revenue generation, this role offers an excellent opportunity to build a rewarding career in the growing EdTech space.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel prospective students for Online UG & PG degree programs.
Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups on assigned leads.
Understand learner requirements, career goals, and educational background.
Drive the complete admission cycle from lead generation to enrollment.
Deliver product presentations, virtual counseling sessions, and program demonstrations.
Maintain accurate records in CRM platforms.
Achieve monthly revenue and enrollment targets.
Build strong relationships with prospective learners through consultative selling.
Ensure a high conversion ratio through effective objection handling and follow-ups.
Desired Candidate Profile
0–5 years of experience in Inside Sales, Academic Counseling, Admissions, B2C Sales, or EdTech Sales.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
Comfortable with cold calling and high-volume lead engagement.
Target-oriented with a passion for revenue generation.
Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, Lead Squared, or NoPaperForms is preferred.
Freshers with exceptional communication skills and a sales mindset can also apply.
