Role Description The Senior Process Engineer will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and optimizing industrial processes to improve safety, efficiency, and product quality. This full-time, on-site role based in Bangalore, India involves leading process design activities, developing control strategies, troubleshooting operational issues and Developing Business for the Organization. The position includes preparing technical documentation, process calculations, and engineering drawings, as well as supporting commissioning, start-up, and performance testing of equipment and systems. The Senior Process Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior engineers, and work closely with operations and maintenance personnel to implement improvements and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Process Engineering and Chemical Engineering skills.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Process Design, including development of process flow diagrams and specifications.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in Process Control, including control schemes and optimization of operating parameters.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills for data analysis, problem-solving, and performance evaluation.
- Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree in chemical engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- Several years of experience in process engineering roles within industrial, manufacturing, or chemical process environments.
- Familiarity with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality management practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and communicate technical information clearly.
- Experience with process simulation software and engineering design tools is beneficial.
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects, mentor team members, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
