Role Description This full-time, on-site Process Engineer role is based in Delhi, India. The Process Engineer will design, analyze, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and safety. Daily responsibilities include developing and updating process documentation, monitoring process performance, implementing process control methods, and troubleshooting production issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams. The role also involves conducting root-cause analysis, supporting new product introduction from a process perspective, and coordinating with quality and maintenance teams to ensure stable operations. The Process Engineer will contribute to continuous improvement projects, cost-reduction initiatives, and compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Process Engineering and Process Design skills, with the ability to develop and refine manufacturing workflows.
- Candidates should possess Process Control and Analytical Skills to monitor performance data, identify variances, and implement corrective actions.
- Candidates should possess a solid foundation in Chemical Engineering or related engineering disciplines relevant to electrical/electronic manufacturing processes.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in data analysis tools, basic statistical methods, and familiarity with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies.
- Candidates should possess strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional production, quality, and maintenance teams.
- Relevant qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) and prior experience in manufacturing or process engineering roles.
- Beneficial qualifications include knowledge of safety standards, process validation, and experience with automation or control systems used in electronics manufacturing.
