Key responsibilities:
* Drive regional P&L, revenue growth & profitability
* Lead multi-site operations with a strong customer-first mindset

What you'll bring:
* 15+ years of experience, including 5+ years leading an independent business/P&L
* Strong exposure to retail, services, hospitality or other multi-location businesses
* Proven track record of scaling operations & leading large, dispersed teams
