Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Production Engineer role based in Faridabad. The Production Engineer will oversee daily production activities for electrical control panels and related products, ensuring that manufacturing processes run safely, efficiently, and on schedule. Responsibilities include planning and organizing production workflows, coordinating with design, procurement, and quality teams, and monitoring equipment and resource utilization. The role involves implementing and maintaining quality control procedures, troubleshooting production issues, and driving continuous improvement in productivity and cost-effectiveness. The Production Engineer will also prepare and maintain production documentation, support compliance with industry standards, and communicate clearly with colleagues and management on production status and requirements.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Production Engineering and Production Planning skills.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, optimize processes, and solve manufacturing problems.
- Candidates should possess experience in Quality Control to ensure products meet technical and safety standards.
- Candidates should possess clear and effective Communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams and reporting.
- Candidates should ideally have a degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering only
- Candidates should possess knowledge of electrical control panels, industrial manufacturing practices, and basic safety regulations.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with production documentation, basic CAD or technical drawings, and MS Office tools.
- Candidates should possess a detail-oriented, organized approach and the ability to work on-site in a fast-paced industrial environment.
