Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Merchandiser role based in Mumbai. The Merchandiser will manage product assortments, track orders, and coordinate with suppliers, internal teams, and customers to ensure timely deliveries and accurate product information. Responsibilities include analyzing sales data, monitoring inventory levels, and recommending replenishment or adjustments to product mix to maximize profitability. The role involves preparing and updating product catalogs, supporting pricing decisions, and assisting with in-store or client-facing presentation of merchandise. The Merchandiser will also contribute to marketing and promotional activities by aligning product availability with campaigns and maintaining strong communication with stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to interact effectively with suppliers, clients, and internal teams.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple orders, timelines, and product details.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and basic business software for sales tracking and inventory management.
- Prior experience in merchandising, textiles, apparel, or retail operations is preferred.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Fashion, Textile Management, or a related field is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai and collaborate in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
