🚨 WE’RE HIRING | DESIGN MANAGER – HVAC 🚨
JKR Consulting & Services is looking for an experienced Design Manager – HVAC to join our growing team.
📍 Location: Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra
💼 Experience: 7–12 Years
🏢 Employment Type: Full-Time
💰 Salary: Market Standard / As per Experience
🔔 Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage HVAC design and engineering activities for large-scale projects.
• Review HVAC layouts, design calculations, equipment selection and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with MEP, Architecture, Structural and other disciplines.
• Manage design deliverables and ensure compliance with project requirements and standards.
• Review drawings and BIM models for accuracy, quality and coordination.
• Guide and manage HVAC design/BIM engineers and modellers.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants and project teams.
• Ensure timely completion of design deliverables.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or relevant qualification.
• 7–12 years of experience in HVAC design and engineering.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, design standards and project coordination.
• Experience with Revit MEP, AutoCAD and BIM coordination preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and team-management skills.
• Experience in large-scale commercial, data center, airport or high-rise projects will be an advantage.
