We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager with a strong background in *Pneumatic Products & Industrial Automation* to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive sales growth for pneumatic products and solutions.
* Develop and maintain relationships with OEMs, dealers, distributors, and industrial customers.
* Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
* Conduct customer visits, technical discussions, and product presentations.
* Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
* Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and timely deliveries.
Requirements:
✔️ Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Industrial, or related Engineering field.
✔️ 3–8+ years of sales experience in Pneumatics, Industrial Automation, Compressors, Valves, FRLs, Cylinders, or related products.
✔️ Strong network within manufacturing, OEM, and industrial sectors.
✔️ Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
✔️ Ability to travel for customer meetings and business development activities.
