About the Role :
Dream2biz is seeking motivated student Campaign Ambassadors for a dynamic 2-month, fully online volunteer opportunity. In this role, you will be the face of our upcoming student competitions. You will drive awareness, engage your peers, and encourage registrations across your student networks. This role is crucial to our organization's growth, as your outreach directly expands our community and helps us reach talented students who can benefit from our platform.
What success looks like in this position:
Success means building a strong promotional strategy, actively engaging student communities, and hitting your registration milestones. Top performers will seamlessly connect their peers to Dream2biz competitions while maximizing their own stipend earnings through consistent conversions.
Responsibilities
- Promote and campaign for Dream2biz student competitions across various online platforms, social media networks, and student groups.
- Educate prospective participants about the benefits, rules, and value of joining the competitions.
- Drive and secure student registrations by actively following up with interested candidates and answering their queries.
- Collaborate with the internal team to share marketplace feedback and optimize outreach strategies.
- Maintain digital records of your outreach efforts and registration tracks to measure your campaign's weekly progress.
Qualifications
- Current student status (enrolled in any school, college, or university program).
- Strong digital communication and interpersonal skills to effectively pitch the competitions.
- Active presence on social media or strong connections within student communities and academic circles.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Prior experience in campus marketing, event promotion, or social media management is a plus, but not required.
Benefits & Compensation (Stipend Structure)
While this is a volunteer role, we offer a rewarding, performance-based stipend structure:
- Affiliation Fee Earnings:
- ₹60 for individual applications secured.
- ₹100 for small team applications (3 participants).
- ₹250 for large team applications (10 participants).
- Milestone Bonuses: Earn performance stipends ranging from ₹3,000 to ₹12,500, scalable based on your total number of successful registrations.
- Certificates & Recognition: Receive an official Volunteer Certificate from Dream2biz upon successful completion of the 2-month tenure.
