*About the Role*We are looking for a Client Servicing Executive who will be responsible for managing client relationships, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and supporting the planning and execution of corporate events, exhibitions, and brand activations.
*Key Responsibilities*- Manage and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams.
- Prepare client presentations, proposals, and event concepts.
- Coordinate with production teams, vendors, hotels, and other stakeholders.
- Assist in planning and executing corporate events, exhibitions, and activations.
- Handle client communication, follow-ups, and event-related coordination.
- Coordinate with multiple teams to ensure smooth event execution.
- Monitor timelines and ensure deliverables are completed as planned.
- Support the team throughout the event lifecycle, from planning to completion.
*What We’re Looking For*- 1–3 years of experience in event management, client servicing, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong coordination and organisational abilities.
- Passion for events, client servicing, and experiential marketing.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under deadlines.
- Good working knowledge of PowerPoint and MS Office.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and requirements simultaneously.
- Prior experience in corporate events, exhibitions, or brand activations will be an advantage.
