Role Description The Leadership Team role at Gernioflix is a part-time position based in Meerut with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some tasks to be completed from home. This role involves contributing to strategic planning, supporting key organizational initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive execution. Day-to-day responsibilities may include reviewing performance data, providing guidance to team leads, facilitating meetings, and helping refine operational processes. Members of the leadership team will also focus on fostering an inclusive culture, ensuring alignment with company goals, and identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including strategic thinking, decision-making, and the ability to guide teams toward shared goals.
