Role Description The AGM/DGM - HR (Real-estate) role is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. This role is responsible for leading and managing HR operations for real-estate business units, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management. Daily activities include developing and implementing HR policies and SOPs, overseeing performance management processes, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards. The role involves partnering with business leaders on organizational development, employee engagement, and retention strategies tailored to the real-estate sector. The AGM/DGM - HR will also handle HR analytics, compensation and benefits oversight, grievance resolution, and coordination with senior management on strategic HR initiatives.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong HR management, employee relations, and performance management skills, preferably within the real-estate or infrastructure sector.
- Candidates should possess skills in HR policy development, SOP creation, and compliance with employment laws and regulatory requirements.
- Candidates should possess skills in talent acquisition, recruitment strategy, and employer branding to support large-scale hiring and workforce expansion.
- Candidates should possess skills in HR analytics, data-driven decision-making, and reporting to inform leadership on workforce trends and HR effectiveness.
- Candidates should possess strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills to collaborate with leadership, project teams, and external partners.
- Candidates should possess skills in change management, organizational development, and employee engagement initiatives to support culture building and business growth.
- A postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred; relevant professional certifications in HR or labor laws are an advantage.
- Prior experience in a senior HR role (AGM/DGM or equivalent) with responsibility for multi-site or project-based teams in real-estate or related industries is highly beneficial.
- Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, structured environment and using HRIS tools and MS Office for documentation, tracking, and reporting.
