We're looking for a Co-Founder (Growth, Marketing & GTM) to help us build one of India's most comprehensive AI-powered education ecosystems.
Over the past year, we've been building quietly.
Kaksha is no longer just an ERP or an LMS. It is a complete digital infrastructure for schools.
Our ecosystem includes:
- School ERP for admissions, attendance, fees, academics, communication, transport, HR, examinations, and administration.
- Learning Management System (LMS) for assignments, study materials, online classes, assessments, progress tracking, and student engagement.
- Kaksha AI, an AI learning companion that helps students learn, ask questions, and receive personalized academic assistance.
- Kaksha Studio, an AI-powered content creation platform that enables educators to create high quality educational content in minutes.
Today, 100+ schools are part of our ecosystem, giving us direct access to administrators, teachers, parents, and students. Our company was officially incorporated on 15 May 2026, and we are now entering the next phase of growth.
We're looking for someone who has proven experience in EdTech marketing, growth, GTM strategy, partnerships, branding, and user acquisition.
