We are seeking an experienced Solutions Engineer to join a dynamic, remote team based in India. This role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of engineering and customer engagement by building integrations, APIs, and custom solutions that address real customer challenges end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement integrations and APIs tailored to customer needs.
- Create AI-powered agents, automations, and tools to enhance and accelerate customer workflows.
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to translate customer challenges into scalable product features.
- Take high ownership in a lean team environment, contributing to the growth of the Forward Deployed Engineering function.
Working Hours: 5 PM to 2 AM IST to ensure overlap with US Pacific Time.
