Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced TableauNext Developer with CRM Analytics to join our team in a fully remote role. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in TableauNext, Salesforce CRM Analytics, data visualization, SQL, and enterprise reporting solutions.
This role involves designing scalable analytics solutions, developing enterprise dashboards, optimizing data processes, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver high-quality business intelligence solutions.

Mandatory Skills
Strong hands-on experience with TableauNext.
Salesforce CRM Analytics (Einstein Analytics / Tableau CRM).
AgentForce and Salesforce integration.
Tableau and enterprise BI platforms.
SQL, data querying, and data transformation.
Data Warehousing (DWH).
D3.js and advanced data visualization.
Web Intelligence and enterprise reporting solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop scalable BI and reporting solutions using TableauNext and other enterprise BI platforms.
Define reporting architecture, dashboard frameworks, and visualization standards aligned with business objectives.
Lead the development of enterprise dashboards, scorecards, and analytical reporting solutions.
Design and optimize SQL-based reporting and data transformation processes.
Drive data warehousing reporting initiatives by defining reporting data structures and consumption strategies.
Develop advanced and customized visualizations using D3.js.
Integrate Salesforce CRM data with analytics and reporting solutions.
Establish data validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance processes.
Review dashboards and analytical solutions to ensure adherence to engineering and visualization standards.
Troubleshoot complex reporting, performance, and data quality issues.
Mentor team members on BI platforms, dashboard development, SQL optimization, and visualization best practices.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to support end-to-end analytics solution delivery.
