We are seeking an AI Engineer to join a dynamic team focused on building intelligence behind enterprise Voice AI Agents. You will collaborate closely with the CTO and AI Research team to work on large language models (LLMs), speech processing, multilingual AI, and production AI systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, fine-tune, and deploy AI models that power real-world enterprise voice conversations at scale.
- Work on challenging AI problems involving LLMs, speech recognition, multilingual models, datasets, and model evaluation.
- Contribute to building human-like Voice AI with native support for Indic languages, code-mixing, emotional intelligence, and low-latency conversational capabilities.
- Collaborate with research-oriented teams and contribute to advancing AI technology in production environments.
Location: Mumbai, India (Office-based with remote options available for candidates outside Mumbai)
Experience Level: 1 - 5 years
Compensation: 5 - 18 LPA
