We are seeking a Senior Applied AI Engineer to join a remote-first team focused on building advanced AI-driven solutions for cloud and SaaS cost management. This is a highly hands-on individual contributor role where you will design, develop, and own the intelligence layer including forecasting models, anomaly detection systems, recommendation engines, and autonomous agents from concept through production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement applied AI and machine learning models such as forecasting, anomaly detection, and optimization.
- Build retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and agentic AI systems.
- Own end-to-end delivery of AI components with strong emphasis on production readiness.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure AI solutions align with business goals and technical requirements.
Requirements:
- 6 to 12 years of professional experience in applied AI/ML engineering roles.
- Strong proficiency in Python programming.
- Experience with forecasting, anomaly detection, and optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with RAG and agentic AI systems.
- Ability to work remotely with overlapping hours in US time zones.
