We are seeking a Founding Engineer - AI Engineer to join a dynamic, AI-native startup team. This is a remote position based in India, with an option for a Gurugram base.
Role Overview:
- Build and maintain large language model (LLM) or machine learning (ML) systems used by real users.
- Work across the entire AI development lifecycle, focusing on production-ready solutions rather than prototypes or demos.
- Collaborate closely with a small, highly skilled engineering team to develop innovative AI-driven products.
Experience: 3 to 8 years of relevant experience in AI/ML engineering.
Compensation: Competitive salary ranging from 30 to 60 LPA, depending on experience and expertise.
