Aroventra | Remote | Compensation: Per Hour, Campaign-Based | Commitment: 2–3 Hours/Day
Aroventra is a digital marketing agency built on a simple principle: no templates, no cookie-cutter strategy — every brand gets a plan built around what actually moves it. We're looking for a Meta Ads specialist with demonstrated expertise in the FMCG and Fashion categories to join our team.
This is a part-time engagement (2–3 hours daily, compensated per hour on a per-campaign basis), but we're not looking for someone treating it as a side gig. We're looking for a specialist who wants to do meaningful, ownership-driven work and grow with us over time.
Role & Responsibilities
- End-to-end management of Meta ad campaigns — strategy, setup, execution, and scaling
- Development of ad creatives and assets tailored to category-specific consumer behavior
- Continuous campaign optimization: budget allocation, audience targeting, A/B testing
- Regular performance reporting and strategic recommendations to internal stakeholders
What We're Looking For
- Proven, hands-on experience running Meta Ads specifically within FMCG or Fashion — category understanding is non-negotiable
- A performance-driven mindset with the ability to connect ad strategy to actual business outcomes, not just platform metrics
- Strong self-management and communication skills — this role requires reliability without close supervision
- Comfort with a per-hour, campaign-based compensation model rather than a fixed retainer
