The Product Marketing Intern (Campus Growth Champion) is a full-time, remote role based in Gurgaon, focused on expanding Uinspyr’s presence across colleges and universities. This role involves building and managing relationships with students, campuses, student groups, and placement cells, to drive awareness and adoption of Uinspyr’s platform. The Product Marketing Intern will plan and execute growth initiatives such as workshops, demos, events, and campaigns, track performance metrics, and iterate on strategies for better engagement and conversion.

1) Product Experience (Mandatory)

2) Hands-on Usage
- Complete a few interview preparation sessions on the platform
- Observe and note:
- What works well (from a student POV)
- What feels broken / confusing / missing
- What features you would add to improve outcomes
3) 1-Page Insight Report (Mandatory)
Create a simple 1-pager covering:
- What works
- What doesn’t work
- What should be improved
- Your suggestions for making students more successful
⏱️ This should not take more than 30–45 minutes if you are serious.
4) Interview Context
- Your activity on Uinspyr will be reviewed during the interview
- Interview rounds will be scheduled on weekends (advance notice will be given on LinkedIn)

What you’ll do:
- Build and grow student communities across WhatsApp, LinkedIn, colleges & clubs
- Drive students to sign up on Uinspyr
- Ensure students actually complete interview prep sessions (core KPI)
- Run referral loops, campus challenges & growth experiments
- Collaborate with placement cells, clubs & student influencers
- Collect and share honest student feedback with the product team
