Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role located in Gurugram with the possibility of some work from home.
You will work with DAiOM clients who are in leading brands in India .
As a Performance Marketing B2B, you will be responsible for driving marketing efficiency through the effective use of performance marketing, CRM, and social media. You will also play a key role in setting up enterprise analytics platforms and strategies to support a data-driven business approach.
Strong understanding of B2B or high ticket B2C products is key.
2-3 years experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads is mandatory with supe strong data driven approach to running ads.

- Performance Marketing – Google Ads, Meta ( FB & IG Ads)
- Strong understanding of Digital Analytics
- Ability to drive higher ROAS for customer.
- Proven experience in performance marketing and CRM
- Knowledge of omni-channel growth strategies
- Experience with enterprise analytics platforms
- Ability to interpret data, analyze results, and provide insights
- Strong project management skills
