MasterRV Designers LLP is looking for a passionate and driven MBA Sales Intern who wants to build a career in B2B Sales, CRM Management, and Business Development.
If you're eager to work with international clients, learn modern sales strategies, and gain hands-on experience with CRM tools, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify B2B leads through LinkedIn, email, and online research.
- Manage and update sales pipelines using HubSpot CRM.
- Schedule meetings with prospective clients.
- Follow up with leads and maintain strong client communication.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Support proposal submissions and client onboarding activities.
- Conduct market and competitor research.
- Work closely with the leadership team on sales and business development initiatives.
Required Skills
- Pursuing or recently completed an MBA (Marketing/Sales/Business Development).
- Basic understanding of CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Confidence in speaking with clients and handling follow-ups.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
