Role Description The Sales and Marketing Intern role at MH Gifts is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The intern will assist in identifying prospective clients, supporting sales presentations, and maintaining relationships with corporate customers. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with the sales team, updating sales reports, supporting marketing campaigns, and handling basic customer service queries. The role also involves learning product details, participating in training sessions, and contributing ideas to improve promotional activities and client engagement. This internship offers hands-on exposure to the corporate gifting market and opportunities to develop core sales and marketing skills.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills.
- Candidates should possess foundational Sales and Sales Management skills.
- Candidates should possess an interest in Training and a willingness to learn sales and marketing techniques.
- Basic understanding of marketing concepts and corporate gifting or related industries is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Pursuing or completed a degree/diploma in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and comfort with online communication platforms is preferred.
