💼 Position: Call Centre Executive
🎓 Eligibility
• Qualification: 10th / 12th / Any UG / PG
• Experience: 0–10 years
• Freshers are welcome
• Good communication skills required
• English communication is mandatory
• Candidates with knowledge of multiple languages will be preferred
💼 Key Responsibilities
• Handle customer/patient calls and queries
• Provide customer support through domestic voice process
• Handle PBO-related processes
• Communicate effectively with customers
• Support target-based activities
⏰ Shift Details
• Rotational Shifts
• Rotational Week Off
• Bond: Applicable
• Single Shift: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Sunday Off: As applicable
💰 Salary
Salary will be based on interview performance and experience.
