Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Videographer role based at the Heights Plus center in Gurugram. The Videographer will capture high-quality video content of clinical activities, patient journeys (with consent), educational sessions, and promotional materials that showcase the center’s services and expertise. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning shoots, setting up cameras and lighting, recording video in clinical and non-clinical environments, and ensuring smooth, unobtrusive operation during procedures and consultations. The role also involves collaborating with the marketing and clinical teams to develop visual stories, editing footage for various digital platforms, and maintaining video equipment. The Videographer is expected to follow all privacy, safety, and confidentiality guidelines while working in a healthcare environment.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Video Production skills, including planning, shooting, and post-production workflows.
- Candidates should possess solid Camera Operation skills, including camera setup, framing, and basic camera maintenance.
- Candidates should possess Lighting and Shooting Video skills to manage indoor and clinical lighting conditions effectively.
- Candidates should possess practical experience working with professional Camera equipment and related accessories.
- Relevant experience in producing educational or promotional video content, ideally in healthcare or service industries.
- Proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools).
- Strong attention to detail, visual storytelling ability, and comfort working in sensitive clinical environments while maintaining confidentiality.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines on-site.
- A diploma or degree in film, media, communications, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
