Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Videographer role based in Surat. The Videographer will plan, shoot, and produce video content that showcases Growit India’s products, farming practices, and impact stories across digital channels. Daily responsibilities include operating cameras and related equipment, setting up lighting and audio, capturing footage on farms, production facilities, and events, and collaborating with marketing and product teams to develop creative concepts. The role involves editing raw footage into polished videos, adding basic motion graphics or text overlays, and ensuring all content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging. The Videographer will also manage equipment, maintain organized media libraries, and support content planning for campaigns and educational materials.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in video production, including planning, shooting, and post-production workflows.
- Candidates should possess hands-on camera operation and shooting video skills, with the ability to work in outdoor and on-site environments.
- Candidates should possess practical lighting skills, including setting up and adjusting lighting for indoor and field locations.
- Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or similar) and basic sound design is beneficial.
- Relevant education in film, media, visual communication, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong visual storytelling abilities, attention to detail, and an understanding of digital content and social media formats are advantageous.
- Ability to work on-site in Surat, travel to field locations when required, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
