Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for a Video Editor and Motion Graphic Designer. The role involves editing educational and promotional video content, including trimming footage, arranging sequences, and enhancing audio-visual quality to align with the institute’s brand and messaging. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating motion graphics and visual elements for courses, social media, and marketing materials, as well as performing video color grading and basic graphic design tasks when required. The professional in this role will collaborate with faculty, content creators, and the marketing team to plan video concepts, integrate text, animations, and branding, and prepare final outputs optimized for various digital platforms. The role also includes organizing media assets, maintaining project files, and meeting production timelines while consistently improving visual storytelling and learner engagement.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Production, including planning shoots, managing footage, and understanding basic lighting and sound.
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Editing, with proficiency in editing software (such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar) and audio-visual refinement.
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Color Grading to ensure visual consistency, mood setting, and high-quality output across all video content.
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics, including creating animations, titles, lower thirds, and visual assets using tools such as After Effects or similar software.
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Film, Media, Design, Animation, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong sense of visual storytelling, attention to detail, and ability to translate educational content into engaging video formats.
- Ability to work on-site in New Delhi, manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience creating educational or spiritual content, and familiarity with online learning platforms or social media video formats
