Hiring: Content Creator | Sola World by Sarthi Footwear
📍 Udyog Nagar, Delhi | Full-time | On-site
Every pair we make has a story — years of offline craftsmanship, comfort that doesn't compromise, and designs (prints, embroidery, details you won't find on a shelf anywhere else) that refuse to blend in. Now we're taking that story online with Sola World — and we need someone who can make people feel it, not just see it.
Not looking for someone who just "posts content." Looking for someone who can make a shoe feel like a mood.
What you'll actually be doing
- Shoot and edit scroll-stopping short-form videos — reels, unboxings, styling edits, behind-the-scenes chaos
- Turn product drops into moments — concept, shoot, edit, post
- Style footwear so the comfort, prints, and embroidery actually pop on camera
- Ride trends before they're everywhere, and bend them to fit our vibe (not the other way around)
- Team up with marketing and social to keep content and campaigns in sync
- Test wild ideas constantly — new hooks, new formats, new chaos — and keep what actually works
- Build a visual world people recognize as Sola World in half a second, scrolling or not
What you bring
- A portfolio or reel that proves you can shoot AND edit (send this — non-negotiable)
- Sharp instincts with a camera/phone and editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Rush, InShot, etc.)
- An eye for lighting, framing, and styling that most people scroll past without noticing
- A real sense of what performs on Instagram/Reels — not just what looks nice
- Original creative energy — trendy is easy, distinct is the job
Bonus points for
- Experience shooting for fashion, footwear, or D2C brands
- Some photography/styling chops
- Comfortable being on camera for BTS or founder-style content
