Immediate Hiring: Vice President – Operations & Maintenance (IT Parks Leasing Operations and Maintenance)

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Operations & Maintenance (O&M) for IT Parks and commercial properties.
- Support and manage for leasing activities, tenant onboarding, fit-outs, and occupancy management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and ensure high tenant satisfaction.
- Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of all building systems.
- Manage vendor Leasing agreements, contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), and operational budgets.
- Drive operational excellence, cost optimization, energy management, and sustainability initiatives.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams and monitor KPIs to achieve business objectives.
- Prepare MIS reports and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
Preferred Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facility Management, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- 15+ years of experience in IT Parks, Commercial Real Estate, Facility Management, or Operations.
- Strong leadership, client management, leasing support, and team management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of commercial building operations, Leasing, contract maintenance.
