This is not a “maintain the pipeline” role. It’s a build-from-scratch mandate for someone who wants to own revenue, GTM strategy, enterprise growth, and eventually build the sales organization.
What you’ll sell:
• Agentic AI implementation - production builds, not pilots
• Legacy & mainframe modernization
• Cloud cost & FinOps governance
• Enterprise data & analytics
• Technology consulting services
The mandate:
• Build the sales function and own GTM strategy from scratch
• Grow enterprise accounts and deepen wallet share
• Own forecasting and revenue accountability with the CEO
• Build and develop the sales team as revenue scales
Who we’re looking for:
• 8+ years in IT services / technology consulting sales
• Enterprise quota-carrying experience
• Experience selling multi-service engagements across Cloud, Data/AI & Managed Services
• A builder, not just an executor
• Someone who takes ownership of revenue outcomes
