Hiring: Sr. Vice President – MEP Design
Location: Gurgaon
Salary: ₹25–40 LPA
Experience: 15+ Years
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. Preference for master’s degree.
We are looking for a highly experienced Sr. Vice President - MEP Design to lead multidisciplinary design teams and deliver large, complex engineering projects across high-rise buildings and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead MEP Design & Engineering teams across Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, Plumbing and related disciplines.
- Drive design delivery for high-rise commercial/residential, mixed-use developments, Airports, Metros, Data Centers and other complex projects.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership in Electrical / HVAC / MEP design.
- Manage project design teams, coordination, quality, timelines and deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with international codes and standards across US, Europe & APAC.
- Drive design coordination with clients, consultants and project stakeholders.
Must-Have Experience
- 15~20+ years overall experience, including 10+ years in MEP Design OR HVAC Design.
- 15+ years in Project Management / Design Team Management.
- Hands-on experience with internationally used design software and standards.
- Experience in international codes and standards of US, Europe and APAC.
- Strong Experience in Large & Complex engineering projects, High-rise commercial buildings, Large residential developments, Airports, Metro infrastructure etc.
- Excellent leadership, communication and project coordination skills.
- This is a hands-on leadership role — strong technical/design experience is essential.
