A Reputed Insurtech MNC is hiring for Senior Vice President - AI Platform Implementation.
We are seeking an experienced insurance technology leader to drive the successful implementation, adoption, and value realization of Xceedance AI platforms and associated technology solutions across global insurance clients.
The successful candidate will bring deep insurance domain expertise, strong technology and engineering leadership, executive presence, and consultative skills to guide customers through AI-enabled transformation initiatives while ensuring solution scalability, delivery excellence, and long-term customer success.

Role Summary
This role sits within the delivery organization and works closely with Product, R&D, AI, and customer stakeholders to identify business challenges, shape solution strategies, and transform opportunities into scalable, deployable solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.
The Senior Vice President will serve as the executive leader across the entire customer lifecycle—from opportunity discovery and solution shaping through executive stakeholder engagement, solution architecture, implementation planning, system integration, application engineering, deployment, adoption, and value realization.
The role requires the ability to influence senior client stakeholders, lead complex transformation programs, navigate critical customer conversations, and drive organizational change across multiple business and technology functions.
This role requires:
• Proven experience leading large-scale technology implementation, application engineering, and transformation programs.
• Demonstrated success implementing enterprise platforms and driving customer adoption and business outcomes.
• Strong executive stakeholder management and customer-facing leadership experience.
• Onsite client engagement experience in the US, UK, Australia, or similar international markets.
• Experience leading globally distributed teams across multiple geographies and functions.
Strong consulting and solutioning capabilities including discovery, target architecture, roadmap development, and executive presentations.
• Experience driving customer adoption, organizational change, and business value realization from technology investments.
• Executive stakeholder management with the ability to influence VP/CXO-level leaders and navigate complex customer environments.
• Strong program leadership across multi-year, multi-release, and multi-vendor initiatives.
• Expertise in application engineering, cloud-native architectures, integration engineering, and modernization programs.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, integration patterns, scalability, security, resiliency, and operational governance.
• Experience leading globally distributed teams and building high-performing engineering and delivery organizations.
• Strong governance, risk management, escalation management, and decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, conflict resolution, and executive storytelling skills.
• Proven ability to build practices, develop talent, and drive a culture of engineering excellence, innovation, and accountability.
Experience & Qualifications (Mandatory):
• 25+ years of experience in systems integration, application engineering, platform implementation, system integration, and technology delivery leadership within Consulting, Systems Integration, Product Engineering, or Insurance Technology organizations.
• Lesser experience (20+ years) is acceptable for candidates with P&C experience almost throughout their career
• 7+ years of leadership experience with responsibility for delivery, practice, portfolio, transformation, or architecture management.
• Strong insurance domain expertise in P&C insurance, with hands-on experience supporting insurance platforms such as Guidewire, Duck Creek, Majesco. Insurity, Socotra, Origami, or similar.
• Knowledge of P&C business cycle and value cycle – Submissions, Underwriting, Policy life cycle, Claims, Billing, Finance & Accounting, Reinsurance
• P&C Domain Certifications like CPCU, AINS, CII
• Prior participation in platform blue printing phases and identifying out-of-the-box, configurable and customizable feature functionality
• Understanding and experience of product Fit-Gap analysis is mandatory
• Proven leadership of large-scale technology transformation programs involving:
-Enterprise platform implementations and rollouts
-Application modernization and cloud transformation initiatives
-Complex system integration programs
-Multi-year, multi-release delivery programs
-Distributed global engineering teams
-Multi-vendor delivery ecosystems
• Demonstrated success in driving customer adoption, organizational change, and business value realization from technology investments.
Mandatory onsite client engagement experience leading delivery, solutioning, or transformation programs in the US, UK, Australia, or similar international markets.
•Strong executive stakeholder management experience, including engagement with VP, SVP, and C-suite leaders.
•Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
Preferred Qualifications
• Certifications such as AWS, Azure, or GCP Solution Architect, TOGAF, SAFe, Kubernetes, or Security-related credentials.
• Experience establishing reusable accelerators, frameworks, implementation assets, and engineering IP.
• Experience implementing AI-enabled platforms, enterprise SaaS products, or digital transformation solutions.
• Prior experience in Insurance Technology, Consulting, Systems Integration, or Product Engineering organizations.
