About the Role
We are looking for a driven HR and Talent Acquisition specialist who understands the veterinary and pet industry ecosystem. You will be the backbone of our hiring operations for JobMatch.Vet — India's dedicated veterinary recruitment platform — responsible for building employer relationships, sourcing candidates, and managing end-to-end recruitment pipelines.
What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end veterinary talent acquisition — from job posting to placement
- Build and manage a database of veterinary professionals, vet technicians, and para-vets
- Conduct outreach to veterinary colleges, hospitals, clinics, and pharma companies
- Onboard Vets onto the Puppy Atlas and manage ongoing relationships
- Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, WhatsApp, job boards, and college tie-ups
- Conduct screening calls, coordinate interviews, and manage offer processes
- Maintain CRM hygiene and submit weekly performance reports
- Represent Puppy Atlas at vet college events, career fairs, and industry webinars
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition
- Prior exposure to veterinary, animal health, pharma, or allied healthcare recruitment is a strong plus
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
- Comfortable with CRM tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Excel reporting
- Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision
- Passion for the pet and animal health industry
